- What does it cost?
- The Agent plan is $349 per month and the Brokerage plan is $999 per month. Both include priority support. There is a free Starter tier with one active listing if you want to try the product first.
- How does billing work for a brokerage team?
- A brokerage is one broker with agents under them, and the brokerage is billed per seat. An agent on a paying broker's team is covered by that subscription and is not asked to pay separately.
- Do you verify licences?
- Yes. Agent and broker licences are checked against the state regulator — Texas open data through TREC, and ARELLO elsewhere — rather than taken on trust. Publishing a listing for someone else's property requires a verified licence.
- Can I bring listings in from the MLS?
- Yes, over the RESO Web API. You connect your MLS credentials and import listings rather than re-entering them.
- What do the video reels do for me?
- A reel puts your work in front of people browsing TheReelty's feed, rather than behind a static profile they have to find first. Enquiries from a reel arrive as leads in your pipeline.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
